The photos are from my trip to Washington DC to pick up my grandfather's 300-page FBI file from the National Archives after three years of waiting. Full story in my book. On that trip I also had a personal tour of the Senate floor (on the Republican side if you can believe it - yet another story for the book) and I photographed the protests against the Brett Kavanaugh nomination below.
